Our Emergency Food Program provides three days’ worth of food, once a month to individuals and families in need at our two food banks: Barton Street Food Bank at St. Matthew’s House and Roxborough Food Bank at the St. Helen’s Centre.

Is this your first time visiting our food bank? Here is what you’ll need to bring with you:

–     2 pieces of I.D. for the head of household

–     1 piece of I.D. for all other family members

–     Proof of income

–     Proof of address

St. Matthew’s House is also connected to other service agencies in the community and provides referrals to partnering agencies based on the needs of the individual or family.
